SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We charge a delivery flat rate of $10.00 ( incl. GST) to metropolitan areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We charge $20.00 delivery flat rate to Adelaide, Hobart, Launceston and Regional NSW. All other regions including Perth and Townsville are excluded from flat rate delivery charges and will incur a delivery rate of $30.00 per box.
Allow 3-4 days for shipping to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane while other capital cities range 4-5 days.
For deliveries to regional areas, please contact us for prices and estimated delivery times. You are also very important to us!
We deliver Monday to Friday, normal business hours and it is essential that all deliveries containing alcoholic beverages must be signed off by an adult over the age of 18.
The courier can ask to see a valid identification to confirm the age of the person. If no one is available at the nominated location a card will be left but there could be an additional charge. Please contact our customer service number on 1300 488 171 if you have any questions.
Return & Exchange Policy
Uncorked South America strives to give our customers the best service possible. We believe that our business will only grow if our customers return to buy from us and recommend our website to their friends.
We pack our products with the greatest care, however there may be times when breakages can occur in transit. If this happens please email or telephone our customer service department on orders@uncorkedsouthamerica.com.au or 1300 488 171 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (EST), excluding public holidays.
If you are unsatisfied with any of our products please return them in the original condition and packaging. We will organize to collect them at a mutually convenient time and refund you within 30 days of collection (excluding transport costs).
