2018 Valdivieso Classic Cabernet Sauvignon

Attractive dark red colour. Red fruits, blackberries, sweet spices and subtle notes of vanilla. Good volume, strong fruit presence to the palate, round, structured and with soft tannins present.
Its vineyards come from the Central Valley where hot and dry summers allow the Cabernet to mature peacefully before being harvested. These conditions deliver grapes with soft, silky tannins and distinctive redcurrant and nut aromas.
