Perez Cruz Red Wine 3 Pack

The Fundo Liguai, home of Vina Perez Cruz, is located in the Maipo Alto Valley, situated at the foot of the Andes mountain range, just 45 km south-east of Santiago. Our Cot Reserva Limited Edition shows, in addition to the notes of the variety, the unmistakable character of the Maipo Alto wines.

The grapes are harvested during the last week of April. Small lots of grapes are separated so that they are not unique to each plot. The grapes are selected and cleaned in the Mesanina, and then the stainless steel standards are opened by the gravitational method, where the son is ground and then a cold maceration of 4 days at 10C is observed. The extraction management uses careful pumping to obtain soft tannins during alcoholic fermentation. Finally, the total maceration period is 30 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
