2022 Mendel Lunta Malbec

Color: Intense ruby red. Nose: Very fruity and intense. Prevailing red and black fruit aromas of raspberries, plums and blackberries are backed by oral scents of violets. The ageing in French oak contributes touches of vanilla and caramel, granting superb intensity. Palate: It is a gentle, fruity and easy-to-drink wine. Fruit and oral undertones and pleasant acidity contribute intensity, freshness and zest. Ripe, soft tannins confer body and balance to this wine.
- Lunta comes from our vineyards located in an exceptional terroir of Luj�n de Cuyo with a view of the Sierras de Lunlunta. This Malbec, planted in 1928, is managed embracing the same philosophy as in the plots destined for Mendel wines by them. During the aging in barrels, we select very fruity wines, lighter in body and structure, looking for a very friendly, fresh, and easy-drinking drink wine but at the same time with great volume and round tannins.
